| The project was a competition to plan land of 569,689 m2 for affordable housing units. Two different master plans were prepared as to give the client a broader view in selection of possible options. The master plan contains combination of residential, commercial, recreational and public use to provide the area with a sense of complete neighborhood. The residential area was divided into Family Units, Row Houses, and Apartment Units to suit the concept of affordability |
